Step 1: Add Apple Music songs, album or playlist, audiobooks or any DRM-protected music files to your iTunes Library. You don't need to download them to your Mac.
Step 2: Run Apple Music Converter on your Mac to remove drm from Apple Music, iTunes music and Audiobooks. Apple Music Converter for Mac would load your iTunes library and playlists automatically.
Step 3: Tick the checkbox before the file you want to remove DRM from. Click playlist name or Music in the sidebar and all songs included will be shown on the main interface. You can also sort songs by name, artist, album and type.
Step 4: Select output format.
Apple Music Converter for Mac supports 8 output formats: MP3, M4A, AC3, AIFF, AU, FLAC, M4R and MKA. Choose the format you want. For each output format, Apple Music Converter for Mac provides different profile settings: High, Normal and Low with different Bitrate, SampleRate and channels. You can also customize the value as you like.
Output filename can contain Title, Artist, Album, TrackID and DiskID, such as Artist - Album - Track - Title.mp3. Click Options on the menu bar to open Preferences and customize output filename format if you like.
Step 5: Click Convert button and the DRM removal conversion starts. Do not use iTunes before conversion is finished. After converting, you will get the DRM free Apple Music and iTunes songs.
